About Legacy Park Advisors

Greg was born and raised in San Diego. He graduated St. Augustine High School in 2008. After high school, he moved to Canada and the east coast for a few years to pursue a career in ice hockey. Greg graduated from Northern Arizona University with two degrees, B.S. of Accountancy and a B.S.B.A focusing in Finance. He worked at one of the larger local CPA firms in San Diego specializing in small business and individual tax returns since 2015. Greg founded Legacy Park Advisors in 2021 to provide tax and consulting services to owners of small businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and individuals with unique tax situations.

Jim is a born and raised San Diegan. He attended St. Augustine High School before receiving his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from San Diego State University. Jim has been a practicing CPA since 2014 and specializes in tax for individuals, trusts, estates, and small businesses.

Jim is a big sports fan and avid golfer. In his free time, Jim can be found roaming around America's Finest City, soaking in the sights, and enjoying his season tickets for the Padres with his son, Cecil and wife, Michelle.

Justin Gardiner is from Culpeper, VA. He has a Bachelor of Accountancy from Ole Miss and a Master of Accountancy with a Tax Concentration from the University of Virginia. He worked for two years at Deloitte in the International Tax Department. He also has 2 years of individual and small business tax experience at a local firm in his hometown. He has just moved to San Diego and is excited for the warm weather and hanging out at the beach with friends.

Connor Holsapple is a born and raised San Diegan. He attended Scripps Ranch High School before earning his bachelor's degree in Accounting from San Diego State University. After spending more than two years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sector, where he audited financial statements for private and newly public companies, Connor chose to transition into a role with a more direct connection to the people he serves.

Since 2023, he has been working at Legacy Park Advisors, where he specializes in serving individuals, trusts, and businesses with revenues under $20 million. Connor values the relationships he builds with clients and finds purpose in helping people navigate meaningful financial and tax decisions.

Away from work, Connor remains a loyal Chargers fan and an avid supporter of SDSU basketball. He married his wife, Delaney, in July 2025, and the two are excitedly preparing to welcome their first child in June 2026. Connor also loves spending time with his two dogs, Bella and Cooper.

Born and raised in San Diego, TJ is a proud graduate of St. Augustine High School. After high school, TJ attended St. John’s University in New York City. After graduating from St. John’s in 2012, TJ decided to continue his education and received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Redlands in 2014. Upon completing his MBA program, TJ worked in Corporate America for several years and joined Legacy Park Advisors in late 2022. When not working, you can find TJ at Petco Park cheering on his beloved Padres, in Anaheim rooting for the Ducks, watching St. John’s Basketball, or looking for his next pint of craft beer.

Phil is a San Diego native and an alumnus of St. Augustine High School (class of 2014). He graduated from Santa Clara University in 2018 with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Management Information Systems. After college, he moved to San Francisco and worked in Risk Advisory and Business Consulting at Ernst & Young for 4.5 years. During his time at EY, he worked closely with public companies in the tech, life science and energy industries to identify, assess and mitigate financial and IT risk. Through this, he observed and learned how various businesses operate and improve efficiency. He joined Legacy Park Advisors in 2023 after returning home to San Diego. During his free time, he enjoys watching sports, playing hockey and golf, and spending time with loved ones.

Born and raised in San Diego, Lesley is a first-generation college student who is always eager to master even the most difficult tasks, as evidenced by her ability to speak four languages. Before joining Legacy Park Advisors, Lesley held a position of Administrative Assistant at Lemon Grove City Hall which strengthened her ability to provide outstanding customer service. When she isn’t providing excellent customer service for our clients, Lesley loves to spend time with her loved ones. She can often be found at Kate Sessions Park writing fictional stories and completing complicated puzzles. When the opportunity arises, she also loves whale watching.

Ana Carlos was born and raised in Mexico and moved to San Diego five years ago, and quickly fell in love with the city's welcoming people and beautiful weather. She graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Ana would like to become a CPA and is currently working towards her license. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, relaxing at the beach, and exploring new restaurants to try delicious food.

Mike was born and raised in San Diego. He graduated from St. Augustine High School in 2016. After High School, he went to Chico State and graduated with a Bachelors in Marketing in 2022. Prior to working with us, Mike worked as a Tax Intern at Gatto Pope and Walwick for 8 months. In his free time, Mike loves to golf, snowboard and root for the Yankees.

Deion was born and raised in Riverside, CA where he played basketball at Centennial High School. Deion then went to graduate from San Diego State University as an Accounting major. He now serves int the Accounting and Real Estate industry and with a vast knowledge in Tax Preparation as well as Real Estate Investing & Strategies, Deion encapsulates the ability to highlight information in assisting his clients’ confident decisions. With his passion to be a lifelong resource to all his clients, Deion makes it a responsibility to produce the most optimal results. Deion holds extensive credentials including license as a Certified Public Accountant, Real Estate Agent & Mortgage Loan Originator.

I was born and raised in El Centro, CA, but I spent the last eight years living in Sacramento before moving to San Diego in May of 2024. Fitness and healthy living are a big part of my lifestyle—I love staying active and making wellness a priority. I’m also a huge sports fan, both as a spectator and a player. Volleyball is my favorite sport to play; I’ve been playing indoor volleyball for years, and since moving to San Diego, I’ve started playing beach volleyball as well. Outside of sports and fitness, my biggest joy in life is my three children—my 15-year-old son, my 11-year-old son, and my 10-year-old daughter. Spending time with them means everything to me. Another one of my favorite hobbies is shopping, especially when I get to do it with my sister. After being apart for the past eight years, I really cherish the time we get to spend together. I also have a strong interest in astrology and enjoy learning more about it whenever I can.
